The last two months have been focused on selling my house in Richmond and getting ready to move to Barcelona.
After weeks and weeks of not knowing if the buyer was actually going to buy my house or I'd have to start over again, my real estate agent called yesterday and the buyer now qualifies for the loan. The mortgage broker has been contacted to draw up "loan docs". I have an appointment to sign papers on Monday afternoon. And I have a flight to BCN for Sunday, the 19th. So after being in limbo for two months, things are happening fast! |
