Last Saturday night I decided to make nachos using the bell-shaped peppers from the terraza. I gave Ruben the task of preparing the pimientos while I layered tortilla chips, chili con carne, red beans, edam and English cheddar cheese into a bowl. I saved the pimientos and avocado from Ecuador for putting on top. And this was the result…
